Do I need to set up an account to shop at your site?
No, you do not have to set up an account to shop at Jenesyss. You may check out as a guest. Alternatively, you can start by signing up for an account now!

Why is my order cancelled?
All orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not made upon checkout. You will have to resubmit your orders if you would like to repurchase the items.


What payment modes do you accept?
Currently, we only accept PayPal.

Will items be restocked?
Usually, we will open backorders for items that are popular and additional pieces will be released back onto the site once we have settled the orders for those who have joined the backorder earlier.

What is a backorder?
Backorder is an advanced order for an item that is currently not in stock, and that will be completed in an estimated timeline. Payment for the item is collected at the point of order, and we will be updating every step of the way till the order is fulfilled.

Is there a brick-and-mortar store where I can self-collect my items?
As of now, we do not have a store and we do not offer self-collection options. All parcels will be mailed out via postage.

Delivery and Exchanges

What are your modes of delivery?
We offer local and international normal postage as well as local registered postage. Please note that all requests for meetups will be duly declined.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Upon dispatch of your parcel, you will receive an email notification from us. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order by logging into your account and check your Order History under the “My Account” tab.

What is the currency displayed on the site?
All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

What are the currencies accepted?
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollar. The respective credit card company will convert this into your local currency.

What are your international delivery destinations?
We ship worldwide.

How do I go about exchanging an item if I have purchased the wrong size/ received the wrong item/ received a defective item?

Why are there discrepancies between the measurements of the item I received and the measurements given on site?
All measurements of our products displayed on our Website are measured as accurately as possible. The presence of slight discrepancies is inevitable due to the nature of the mass manufacturing process. A difference of 0.5”-0.8” between the product(s) received from what was provided in our given measurements shall not be considered as a defect.
